Artificial intelligence is increasingly shaping the world of work and opening up new opportunities for companies and organisations. ETH Zurich offers continuing education courses at its Campus Heilbronn. They draw on current developments in research and practice and help participants find their bearings in a fast-moving field.
The courses are aimed at specialists and managers who want to deepen their understanding of artificial intelligence and gain new skills for their work.
Short formats in continuing education
Short course
A short course is taught at academic level and aimed primarily at a specialist audience outside ETH Zurich. Participants receive a certificate of attendance but no ECTS credits.
Microcredential
A microcredential consists of one or more learning units with compact, focused content. Participants who complete it successfully receive a microcredential certificate. To obtain the certificate, they must provide proof of performance. A microcredential can in some cases be credited towards a larger format, such as a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS).
